Good crowd/bad crowd: Absolutely amazing, exactly what you’d want to see at a single launch. Everyone was joining in, everyone smiling and just having a great time.

Crowd participation: Everyone was taking photos and videos. I overheard people saying “Wow, isn’t she amazing. Such a pure talent” In which I totally agree with them. Anca (the band) captivated the crowd without doubt.

Classical pianist gone rogue, Anca is an Australian alternative pop rock artist with a flair for suspense and surprise. After finishing her UNI degree she rediscovered her passion for music. “Something that I lost along the way. Music for me has always been a way of coping with overwhelming feelings.”
Her mission through music is to share everything in between love and loss, “no matter how cringy, because there are so many more feelings than just happiness, love and sorrow”. Anca has encapsulated and embellished sounds of female performers like: Delta Goodrem, Missy Higgins, Gretta Ray, Tori Amos and Vera Blue, and given them all her own energy and passionate delivery. The band were fantastic and rounded out what was a stellar set!
