Shadow Monster 11-07-18 (Live @ Secret Project Robot)
Last Wednesday I had the pleasure of making my very first trip to the much talked about art & music space Secret Project Robot in Brooklyn. My reasoning for being there was to see the best band in NYC, Shadow Monster showcase their magic unlike anyone else in & around NYC.
The duo of Gillian & John once again focused on newer material which sounded just as awesome as it did a couple of nights earlier. I really am digging the sped up pace of Eyes In My Sleep as it really gets the job done on all fronts.
Temporary Love had an extra punch to it on this night as it sounded as good as it ever has. The finale Punching Bag continues to blow me away in how perfect that song truly is. Forget that just being my #1 track of 2018, it is officially on my all time favorites list!
